I just had a 30 minute run today - after a marathon weekend which included a 1.5 hour swim, 100 mile bike and 16 mile run - so, you know, you would think a simple 30 minute run would be a no brainer - right until two bastard geese decide that I have the right color combo and am moving fast enough to be a threat. They were honking like crazy - and when they took off - straight at me - I was forced to run inside a local business (yelling HELP of course). Really, this triathlon stuff makes me laugh - crazy geese, alligator infested ponds, swimming with the sharks - hopefully Utah will be a little more tame...
