Grandpa really is the best babysitter! Just check out his skills with Ashly's dolly. Also, with thousands of dollars in toys, the best toy in the house is a box - see all the kids playing in it. We booked our trip to Jamaica - February 5 through February 10. The picture is from the resort we are staying at. Uncle Chuck says we need to get him a shirt pre-printed with his information so he can take advantage of the all-inclusive drinking and still get back to his room!

So i've been lazy
Lots going on here in Michigan. It's finally my turn with Mom and Dad and River and Ashly's proper spoiled levels are returning to acceptable levels. Dad is heading out with me tomorrow on my 20 mile training run. You read that right - 20 miles - I'm doing a TRAIL marathon on November 7 and my attitude is one of fear. Dad is hoping it will rain, but i've got news for him....
River baked these cool owl cupcakes from a cupcake book she bought (this is part of the reason I need to run 20 miles). They are chocolate cake, oreos, junior mints, frosting and runts. A nice low cal dessert.
Got back from Chicago on Sunday and happy to be home. I don't think i'm a city girl.

RAUMS BIRTHDAY
